Utilizing a high – performance, temperature – controlled fryer, we ensure that the chips are fried to perfection at an optimal temperature, locking in the natural flavor and achieving the signature crispy texture. After frying, an automated flavor – spraying system applies a variety of carefully – formulated seasonings, from classic salted to exotic international flavors.
